What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For deliveries within the Cape Town area, there is a R75 delivery fee for orders under R500 and free delivery for orders over R500.

LilysOnline is a local, family run business. Our family consists of Lily & Sirus and us, their human slaves – Alexis and Sarah. The dogs mean the world to us and we spend our lives making sure they have the best we can possibly offer. We’re passionate about sharing our love and passion with all the other animal crazy humans out there. You can trust that ourselves and our friends and family have tried and tested all the products here, offering only the best for you and your fur kids. 

Will you deliver on weekends?

When you sign up to our LilysOnline family, we will remind you well within time that your food is about to run out, allowing us to avoid those emergency weekend deliveries. Although, we will always try to accommodate you if weekend deliveries are your only option.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Once you have placed your order Lily will send you an email with your invoice and breakdown of your shop. 

Will you deliver outside of the Western Cape?

We can facilitate deliveries throughout South Africa using our delivery partners, but these deliveries will incur a delivery charge of +-R200 depending on area and the size of the package. This fee will be confirmed upon placement of the order.
